Polyurethane foam has the disadvantage of fragility. In the process of transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded separately from the materials with heavy unit weight to avoid losses. It should be far away from flammable materials. Although polyurethane thermal insulation materials have flame retardancy, they should not be stored in places with open fire. Polyurethane burning smoke is harmful, and in case of fire, it should be rescued in time to avoid harm to people's health caused by rabbits! Waste polyurethane materials shall be properly disposed of. All polyurethane wastes shall not be buried or burned. Qualified places and raw materials shall be selected for centralized disposal.

Polyurethane foam should be stored indoors. When necessary, it can only be stored with a cushion. The polyurethane pipe shell should be in a fireproof and dry position. The polyurethane foam pipe shell will change color under the sunlight, but it will not affect the use effect. Polyurethane foam has its advantages and is widely used in roof waterproof and thermal insulation board, cold storage thermal insulation and pipeline thermal insulation materials.

During the processing of polyurethane foam insulation materials, the equipment used shall be implemented under constant temperature to ensure the quality requirements. In the foaming process, 25 ℃ should be the appropriate temperature, and the foaming uniform density is easy to grasp. In this way, the finished product has good thermal insulation effect, the cost will be reduced, and the foaming density of thermal insulation materials is generally 42kg / m3, with the lowest thermal conductivity.
